There are going to be many ramifications of the Health & Social Care Bill currently making its way through the houses of Parliament, but most importantly it has been flagged up in many periodicals that it may make the cost of health insurance 'rocket' [as it has been put]. I'm not sure if this is the case, and will have to look into it in more detail to be sure about it. But if this is the case then surely there is very little to cause more impetus amongst the business community to see research in detail all that business insurance has to offer before it possible gets hit by more tax.

However, this is, after all, mere speculation, the bill is still only making its way through parliament, and may yet be altered, and hopefully waterred down. For all you need to know on the subject, the Department of Health is covering the passage of the Bill on it's website. If you have any concerns about this potential law, then I think you had better get in touch with your local Member of Parliament and make sure that your MP knows your concerns.
